Jaya Ramesh is a licensed mental health therapist specializing in couples therapy, with training in emotionally focused therapy, Gottman and relational therapies. She has a passion for supporting couples who are interracial/intercultural, neurodivergent, queer, and/or navigating the impacts of trauma on their connection.

In addition to being a therapist, she provides consultation on diversity and equity initiatives for organizations, teaches as an adjunct at Antioch University, and is co-authoring a book on parenting neurodivergent children of color. When she's not working, she is spending time with her family and dog, reading, going to shows, and hiking.
